The windows are big which I love, it brings in so much natural light. The property owners and maintenance crew are top notch. Very attentive, treat you like family and are very welcoming. These apartments are some of the best ones I have ever lived in. Units are spacious, up to date, and clean! Sue is wonderful to work with, very accommodating and understanding. Everyone in the office is always friendly and smiling. Brian from maintenance is always so quick to fix an issue. Whether he's driving through the complex, or you see him working on a project he will always find time to stop and say hi. There's nothing bad I can say about Gerber apartments!
